
Event Details:
Date: Saturday, October 3, 2026
Time: 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Location: 5310 Old Mill Road, Fort Wayne, IN
No direct sales vendors accepted.
Booths:
- Standard booth size is 8x8 for $30.
- Outdoor space 10x10 $25 - must supply own canopy and weights. No stakes can go in the ground.
- 4x8 (half size) booths are available for approved non-profits and informational vendors for $10.
Extras:
- Spaces with electricity are limited and are an additional $10.
- A limited number of 6 foot tables are available at $5 per table - not available outdoors.
Setup:
- Setup is Saturday 7:00 AM to 8:50 AM.
- Table covering required.
- You cannot tear down until 2:00 PM.
- You can unload your items at Door 2.
- After unloading you must move your vehicle to the parking lot at the Temple next door.
- We will have volunteers ready to help unload if needed.
- Volunteers are available to watch your space.
Signup:
- Table assignments and a map will be emailed 1 week prior to the event date.
- Payment will be requested once application is approved.
- Spaces are reserved on a first paid basis.
- Booths are not guaranteed until payment is received.
- Confirmation will be sent once we receive your payment.
- Event is rain or shine.
